Mal aislamiento del frío, gastos que pagar a parte
Antes de reservar no se ve claro que van a cobrarte a parte 65€ de limpieza y la calefacción que consumas a parte, lo q no me parece muy correcto ya para empezar, ni querer esconderlo ni q se cobre, pero bueno lo reserve y lo pague,hasta hay todo bien, lo q me pareció muy mal es q no cerrarán bien las ventanas haciendo el frío q hacia, y no tuviera buen aislamiento ya q se movían las cortinas, ya q si me van a cobrar el consumo como mínimo debería estar bien el aislamiento.....
Y otro detalle muy feo es q le pedí por favor si me podía dar un rollo papel higiénico y me dijo que eso lo tenía q comprar yo, y bueno para una estancia de 3 días ella supuso q 1 rollo era lo q nos entraba....así q no me lo dio, cobrando lo q cobra solamente por la limpieza me pareció poco decoro la verdad, poca mano izquierda hacia sus clientes!
El sitio está en un área muy bonita eso sí!

Pro: Posizione molto bella, immerso nella valle del Chianti, alloggio carino e romantico, cucina attrezzata completa di lavastoviglie, tv con decoder satellitare, parcheggio incluso.
Contro: Qualche ragnatela e stoviglie da rilavare, cose accettabili ma non a fronte dei 65,00 euro obbligatori pagati per la pulizia. Le foto creano una aspettativa superiore alla realtà, anche se del tutto veritiere.
Le condizioni e il prezzo pubblicato su Hotel.com non sono del tutto reali, nel senso che dopo aver prenotato e pagato arriva un Voucher da un'altro sito (posarellivillas.com) con condizioni in parte diverse: la cauzione da 150,00 euro diventa 300,00 euro, le pulizie finali da 0 euro diventano 65,00 euro. Il riscaldamento si paga a parte al mq., se invece si usa il termoventilatore si paga comunque a parte. In pratica il costo alla fine diventa quasi il doppio.
