Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. A toilet broke and the knob to turn the water off to it was so rusted we couldn’t turn it off, and it just kept running. No huge problems, but just annoying stuff that I didn’t want to have to think about on vacation. The loft space is nice, and was pleasant to see the deer in the yard. Quick drive to the ski resort.
