This is going to be a very honest review.The main reason for the low rating is that the listing represented the unit twice as "ski in ski out" right from the doorstep. Totally not true its a 10 to 15 minute drive to sugar mountain. The unit does have a great view of Sugar Mountain but no way to ski there. The price was much higher for a ski in ski out unit and when I discussed this with VRBO host ryan they gave us about a 10% discount even though similar listings were 30 to 40% less..Also when we arrived the front desk had not been informed of our stay and there was a bag of dirty diapers on the terrace and a stain on the main rug in living room. The steam room and sauna were both broken and the front desk told me it had been for over a year. Kitchenware was mediocre and not very clean but adequate after i ran it thru dishwasher. Place was built around 1980 so some things were dated, one of the toilets needed some jiggling to fill up but worked ok. On a positive note appliances were very nice , view was great and main TV really good w comfy loungers. Mattresses old but reasonable and parking was good.Front desk staff very nice, not happy w VRBO host after she realized we had issues w ski in ski out issue she told me to message everything thru vrbo and not to contact her but she was always professional about it.So in summing it up I wouldnt stay there again at that price but it was not terrible.
