First room I checked into was gross carpets were old building itself is old and rundown room was musty. Staff were accommodating to change my room. The airport van is unreliable as it is shared between this motel and its sister motel so inconveniencing if you have to be at the airport at a specific time. The staff did there best with what they are given felt bad for them. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone else for the price I paid.

The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was slow to refill breakfast items, but the clerk was friendly and helpful. The parking lot needed repair, and there was trash in the parking lot and in the sidewalks. The room itself was comfortable.

Property is showing it age, but is clean. The highway noise is constant and reduces in the rooms but still quite loud. The free breakfast is good and the staff are very polite and friendly. This is a travelling overnight hotel and is good for the price.

The initial gentleman checking me in took forever with not only the person in front of me but myself as well. Demanded I physically hand him my credit card which I was not comfortable doing since I had booked online and was planning on using Samsung Pay at the POS. I get needing to see an ID and a card but last I checked we see with our eyes not our hands. Then getting into the room itself, I was less than impressed. None of the outlets on the side where the bed was worked at all. No lamps nothing. I had one working lamp and a TV that seems to have been around since the 90s and worse for wear. The whole of it all seemed really dingy and dark. The only positive experience was the young lady that checked me out. Lines in the parking lot are almost non-existent and the parking lot as a whole could use a lot of work. Overall the entire building itself looks run-down. I cannot say in good conscience I will be back to this location if I'm coming up for vacation in Bangor.

We got our rooms and one of rooms wasn’t even cleaned. Dirty laundry everywhere. The second room has so much water damage on the walls and the ceiling was peeling. Just terrible

I was awakened at 12:30 am by a dog constantly barking and loud. The dog was owned by a woman who just happened to be outside, near my room, in the pouring rain when I checked in. It was clear this was a set-up orchestrated to ruin a good night sleep. This happened to me before, in Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada. . This is unacceptable and despicable behavior but it's also very dangerous for people who are travellers. Lack of sleep 😴 can cause accidents, your life. I decided to abandon my trip, partly as a result of this but not solely. To pull this off, the clerk has to be told what to do and in which room to put me into.
