The Quality Inn seems to have come a long way and sends updates in many areas. However, there is still areas for improvement. Totally boggled my mind that there is no elevator while having an indoor pool. It also left much to be desired from the outside. The parking lot was so disheveled that we were wary of what the inside would look like. The overall cleanliness was questionable at times, and there is definitely limited attention given to the nooks and crannies (like the pool area, the vending machine area, laundry area, and trash receptacles). Didn't expect too much at the price point, and wasn't overly disappointed by the experience, but did note areas that could be improved.

Well i got the room so i can take my kids swimming and the pool wasnt opened and it was an indoor pool it sshould say on the website that the pool was closed.

The building was dirty. Not just from the renovation, but general uncleanliness, with debris on the counter and tabletops, and stains in the sink. The shower curtain did not fit the tub, causing a large pool of water to collect while bathing. Despite my asking, there was no complimentary toiletries available.

Do not stay here!

The room and the hallways had an awful smell. The entire place looked sketchy and dingy. Old and musty. Not at all like the photos online. False advertisement, do not stay here.

We booked here as we were flying out of bangor and the establishment said online it did park and fly as well as had a pool. After we had chrcked on they onformed us there was no parl and ride and their pool had been out of order for a while. I would not reccomemd staying here. a while.
