Serenity on Sturt is a quaint little townhouse ( behind the blue door !) located in a super central location in the main street of Sturt st just past the Arch of Remembernce.

Within a 5 minute walk of Aldi supermarket, Chemist Warehouse, Subway, Park Hotels and Bottle Shop, Victoria Park and Playground, Indoor pool and YMCA. and the Ballarat Golf Course.

Bedroom 1; Consists of a Queen Bed with En-suite

Friendly but not cleaned

The host was friendly and easy to deal with however the house had not been cleaned. There wasn’t a mess, however the showers and bath had significant soap scum, mirrors had water marks, very visible cobwebs in all rooms, kitchen table was sticky and beds were not fully made and some had hairs on them. With a good clean the property was in a good location and easy to access.

The property was in a great location with easy access to it. The check in and out process was easy. I would only suggest fixing light bulbs and a few light bulbs weren’t working. The tv also was slightly broken. The place could do with a bit of uplifting + maintenance but for short stays it’s okay.

Couple of days away

This was a last minute booking and it was great (and surprising) to find such a lovely place for a reasonable price. The location suited us although there was a little bit of traffic noise (it is a main road) but this does lessen in the early hours. Can recommend this property.
