Staff were excellent! Friendly, hospitable and helpful with recommendations on places to eat and places to go with little humans. Rooms had all the basic you need and were cozy and comfortable. Located a walk away from well renown Emma's Bakery, and Forges Pizza. Bargain prices and enjoyed oir tlstay!

In a quiet location and room was reasonable without being great. Bed was very comfy. Cleanliness was ok but the bath / spa didn’t appeal. The water pipes and / or the exhaust fan was really loud and needs work as it made a horribly loud noise within the walls

*You can get room service everyday, not always available in some places. *The place is super clean: the toilets/ shower is sparking clean. *The service is fantastic: We locked ourselves out of the room, on a freezing night, (at around 8:30pm) and the staff didn’t hesitate to come and open the door for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. *Good location: - it is in the main road, few minute from the shops by car. - the offer return transport to some local venues. *There is parking in front of your room. I think you can get everything that you need in a hotel at the Ambassador Motor inn

If I have to pick one thing it was the heating in the room i had. Noisy and said it was 22 degrees but certainly wasnt. The room and facilities are excellent and extremely clean. Check is was simply and easy, very friendly. Definately my go to place to stay in town.

Room condition

There was no heating in the room,temperature was 1 degrees and cold. The shower was slow but ok. Staff at reception was very helpful. Overhaul it was ok.
