Room carpet was not vacuumed. Debris all over carpet, including a bottle cap. Towel shelf/rack was rusty and chrome flaking off onto showe towels! Windows were filthy, could barely see through them. Random dirty, old couches crowded in entry way of my particular bldg. Signs at front counter promote room service from attached cafe, and stated no outside food, then told there was no longer room service. Attached restaurant/cafe gave me plastic utensils to eat meal with, while waitress sprayed glass cleaner all around me to clean tables right next to me while I was EATING! I was the only patron there, well after the breakfast rush so there was no reason to be doing that right next to me while my food was on the table. Ammonia mist all over my table and most likely in my food and drink. The koi pond was nice and staff were very friendly. The courtyard and pool area looked nice. Of course the lobby was the nicest and cleanist.

Written as of July 2025. I was willing to look past the extremely poor remodeling despite that the ad photos were clearly deceptively taken and the hotel was in much worse condition than led on. I could maybe over look the fact that the cable was out AND the wifi was out. However, when I woke up in the middle of the night with COCKROACHES crawling on me that's where I draw the line. Early the next morning I went to the front desk and requested to cancel the rest of my stay after what had happened. The front staff was amazing and completely understood, but when they called the indian manager to get permission for the cancellation/refund for the remaining nights she REFUSED to even hear what anyone had to say. The second the word cancel was used she VERY rudely would not even let anyone speak and was extremely demeaning to the front staff - how dare they waste her time to call her, they know better, they know the cancellation policy. UNBELIEVABLE. Screw this place and their greedy, arrogant, pathetic excuse for management.

Property was I. A bad area with tons of homeless the room was extremely hot to the point they had me switch rooms at 2am !! There was no breakfast buffet and everything that was supposedly offered for breakfast they were out of a lot of things the Seaver in the breakfast area was terrible very rude and not friendly or welcoming

Hotel located in not so nice part of town. It has gated parking. Its a huge hotel was empty. We got a room that had bathroom recently renovated. Everything was working but one could the reno job was poor quality. The hotel has major pest control issue. We found bugs in the room ( closet ) and walking around ( spiders, cockroaches on hallways) and worst - my son got bitten by bedbugs. He was complaining of itching and got swollen, later on we found bedbug.

This place was nothing like the pictures. It was terribly hot in the room and didnt cool down enough to sleep for over 3 hours. We had 2 rooms and 1 room didnt have cold water. The rooms where not like the pictures on the Google maps. It was a complete opposite. Very ugly property. Poor management and the staff laughed when i told them about the issues and replied " ya its bad here". Do not stay here.

Beautiful grounds with a few challenges

There was a bit of a wait to check in.The lobby and my room were initially quite warm. When my room finally cooled off during the night,there was no cover available other than a sheet.

Recommended hotel.

Friendly staff. Good lunch and dinner at $7 each. Good complimentary breakfast at the same connected restaurant. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Definitely will stay again.

The cable was out so there was no TV, and I missed the Major League Baseball game, the AC did work in my first room, and I had to move so it wasn't the best overnight stay.
