We returned for the 3rd time to the apartment, however, also for the last time. It appeared that we have not been expected. The code given could not been entered as the look was dead. The stairs down to the apartment had been covered with ice, causing a painful fall. Luckily, that night I was able to get a English speaking person on the phone, who could send someone with a key, who also came back with ice-melt. The TV was not working and my complain was answered in French, that I should by myself batteries and will be reimbursed. I did asked the person who changed the batteries in the door lock whether he could help, but exchanging batteries was not the solution. The thermostat wasn't responsive and the entire apartment overheated. Several communications later, I was told to close the doors (regarding the temperature) and the TV problem will be addressed once we are gone. Not a single word about compensation (maybe got lost in translation....
