We loved our stay at Hotel Grande. It has a dedicated parking garage for guests (two-level basement) as well as an elevator for ease of transporting luggages. Breakfast buffet is tasty and has a very good mix of Filipino (danggit, ube-flavored ensaymada, etc) and International food. The staff do seem to be more aloof than most of the staff at other Philippine hotels we've stayed at - they're not the type to jump up and greet you every single time they see you - which is good because it made for our interactions to feel more genuine. Internet connection is secured and fast. TV has great options. Our room was spacious, and clean. We hear guests from the hallway but not once they've entered their room. Bathroom's also kept very clean and stocked, there is hot water and water pressure is great.

Limited parking space. By 8:00 AM, the buffet breakfast was already depleted, and it seemed the hotel did not anticipate the number of guests availing the complimentary breakfast. We had to wait for refills, and when food was replenished, the choices were still quite limited. The kids enjoyed the pool and meryenda buffet. The wifi is fast. The place is very peaceful. We loved the foods in the restaurant and cafe, very affordable.The bathroom is superb. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Only one thing, for the price which is close to hotel prices inside Camp John Hay, I hope someone will help us with our bags as well.
