Chalet Klippitzalm: Traditional-style wooden chalet, ideal for skiing and hiking
Looking to get away from it all? Enjoy a quiet holiday in our detached wooden chalet (75 m²) right by the ski slopes and hiking trails of Klippitztörl in Austria. Situated in a small village of holiday homes on the sunny south side of the Carinthian Alps, the chalet is ideal for summer and winter holidays. From the spacious terrace, enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the mountains and Lavant Valley.
The chalet sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area with satellite TV and DVD player, a guest WC and an infrared sauna. In the winter, a gas fireplace (glass front) keeps you warm, and creates a cosy atmosphere. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with balcony, a children's room with bunk beds, plus the bathroom, which features a steam shower. And if you have to check in with work during your holiday, the chalet can also double up as a home office - one with an unbeatable view! Internet access is included - in good weather it's fast enough for videoconferencing and streaming.

Insgesamt eine sehr ansprechende, gemùtliche und tolle Unterkunft, jedoch um volle Punktzahl zu erhalten fehlten uns einige Sachen oder sind verbesserungswürdig. Unter anderem waren keine Handtuchhalter vorhanden, die Dusche ließ sich mit seifigen Händen nicht mehr anmachen, das Internet war nur teilweise da und fiel oft aus, der Fernseher war zu klein und nicht mit Apps für Mediatheken und Streamingdiensten ausgestattet, kein Radio, keine Müllttennung, zu wenig Trinkgläser, und wenn die Treppenlampe repariert und die Fenstertüren neu eingestellt wurden, fehlt es an Nichts mehr. Die Vermieterinnen sind informiert und wir hoffen Sie nehmen unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge an und stellen zumindest die Mängel ab.Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und konnten in dieser Angelegenheit gut erholen.Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr freundlich, nur der Hausverwalter ist etwas unflexibel und hatte es nicht Mal für nötig gehalten das fast kniehohe Gras im Eingangsbereich zu mähen und zumindest das Terrassenfenster zu putzen, Schade.

Ein mega schönes Weihnachten im Klippitztörl
Wir waren über Weihnachten in dem wirklich schönen Häuschen in dem es einfach an nichts fehlt! Die Lage ist ein Traum und man ist super schnell an der nächsten Skipiste. Ideal für eine 4-köpfige Family. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war durchweg positiv. Vielen Dank für alles- wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Einfach toll - ich wollte nicht wieder weg!
Vollwertige Ferienwohnung mit sehr umfangreicher Ausstattung und sehr gepflegt. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Für uns vier hat es super gepasst, die stockbetten sind eher für kleinere Kinder geeignet für unsere Teenager war es schon eng, auch wenn immer nur einer das kleinste Zimmer genutzt hat und der andere das größere Zimmer mit dem zweiten Doppelbett nutzen konnte. Es lohnt sich gut die Einkäufe zu planen, da die Fahrt ins Tal zum nächsten Supermarkt etwas anstrengend ist.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Der Boden war bei Bezug relativ staubig, daher ein kleiner Minuspunkt bei der Sauberkeit. Auch das dritte Schlafzimmer mindert leider etwas die Bewertung, da dieses aufgrund des kleinen Fensters schlecht zu belüften und die Betten für größere Personen eher ungeeignet ist. Zusammengefasst fällt das Chalet aber nur positiv auf und punktet vor allem mit der großen Sonnenterrasse, der sehr ruhigen Lage und der guten Ausstattung (Gasofen, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher etc.). Die Vermieterin machte zudem einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck!

Vrijstaand Chalet met een fantastisch uitzicht voorzien van alle gemakken.
De uitrusting van het chalet is erg compleet. Door de ligging 1500 m kan het ‘s avonds wel afkoelen. Al met al een heerlijke week gehad en van de rust genoten. Opmerking: als je op zaterdag aankomt, de winkel zijn op zondag gesloten, maar je kunt heerlijk eten op loopafstand in de Schwarzwaldhutte.

Prachtige plek
Het Chalet staat op een prachtige locatie met schitterend uitzicht. Het was net nieuw in de verhuur en aan alles is gedacht. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad en komen graag nog een keer terug. (gezin met twee tieners)
