This gorgeous basement apartment has been fully refurbished, everything from the bathroom and kitchen to the beds.

It is located off the Sandgate and is a 2 minute walk to to high street and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

There is on street parking available at a small charge.

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a shower room, kitchen, lounge and a little outdoor nook. There is access to a shared garden too.

Amazing stay

Spoke to the owner David who explained there was a problem with our property and wasn't sure if it would be ready in time, but straight away offered us an upgrade to another property, which was amazing. Thank you so much for all your help

Very clean and quiet apartment on the 1st floor next to the sea. Excellent location for sea walks,cycles etc. Apartment well equipped with everything (good fridge but no freezer though). Hot water via combi so very easy. Enourmous smart tv too! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
