The holiday home 'Fortezza Villa Azzurra', located very close to the beach in Agnone Fortezza, is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones, entirely at the guests' disposal and not shared.



Additional services: Wi-Fi, mobile fan, each room is also equipped with air conditioning. In the period from 15 October until 31 March, electric oil-fired radiators ( or similar ) will be provided in the bedrooms. The kitchen has recently been renovated.



It is always a good idea to inform the owner of the presence of infants beforehand, so that a cot can be organised, of course the service is free of charge!!!



Landlord's tip: the residence is NOT well connected by public transport, we recommend renting a car. By car you can easily reach many tourist resorts in eastern Sicily. Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa, Enna, Caltagirone, Catania. Of course, do not hesitate to ask the owner for information, who will be available to advise you on everything according to your tastes.



On request, the owner can provide you with useful links and addresses, easily connecting you to the nearest town where you can find: shopping centres, supermarkets, shopping, local fruit, freshly caught fish, bread, Sicilian pastries, boat hire, Schattle service, and much more. Just ask and the owner will do the research for you. Only the searches are free of charge, of course. Services are chargeable.



The property is well located and the area can be enjoyed in summer and winter with very mild weather conditions. It can be a very quiet area from October to May. But then more crowded from June to September. Also, flamingos, turtles, and tropical fauna can be spotted in the sea, but only with a bit of luck. Also, from October to April it is a good fishing area for surfcasting.



The property will be available from 2024 after a kitchen renovation.
