Everything was fine. Just the sink tap water splashes easily out of the sinks. And if you rent a car, be careful about the car sizes. If the car is too high, you might not be able to park on the allocated spot as the spot has hight limit

Overall, it's a wonderful space with free parking, great for families— washer/dryer, dish washer, and conveniently situated close to downtown and major freeways. It makes access easy and adds to the overall appeal. Minor improvements would be to add a kitchen faucet with a longer neck or hose to faucet so water doesn’t spray outside of the sink when cleaning dishes to load dishwasher; add bigger trash cans in bathrooms, extra clean sheets, and perhaps clean couch and replace couch pillows—the pillows were itchy and smelly so we took them off the couch. In short, more effort needs to be made to clean and guests would appreciate it, especially the couch and bedding comforter. As a parent didn’t mind cleaning, doing laundry, etc so see this as minor inconvenience but these may not be minor inconvenience for other guests. All in all, we thought it was great and worked for us. Thank you for hosting us. We had a wonderful time in NZ.

Exceptional property. From the location, to the furnishings and communication from Host. I was impressed. However, the check in was quite inconvenient as the key is located off site, in a lockbox on a very busy corner. I would encourage them to reevaluate this and find a closer option.
