This recently renovated apartment looks out over Auckland Albert Park and the wider city. The positioning means there is a significant lack of street noise as you look out over the greenery. As part of the Metropolis building this apartment benefits from access to the onsite pool and gym. A perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of city centre.

Guests have full and private access to the apartment as well as the gym, spa and pool at the Metropolis Hotel.

Bring your togs, because the Metropolis has a great pool and spa complex for guests and residents, and bring a healthy appetite too. Between you and bustling Queen Street are some of the CBD’s best restaurants, and lots of great coffee. If you’re here for business, Shortland Street is a couple of minutes away, and The Auckland Art Gallery is just metres up the road if you’re in town for the culture. In fact everything the vibrant CBD has to offer is right on your doorstep.

Quay Street Terminal for buses. Britomart train station 7 minutes away. Link buses are a marvellous service to nearby suburbs. The ferry terminal is also a few minutes walk away for services to Waiheke, Devonport, Rangitoto and further.

- Please remove your shoes in the apartment
- Check in is between 3pm – 10pm. If you require a check in after 10pm there will be a surcharge of $100
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the swipe card a replacement fee will be charged.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
