The living spaces are bright and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views and a sense of calm that runs through the home.

A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, with everything you need to prepare simple meals or long shared dinners that flow outdoors. The open design connects seamlessly to the pool area, where you’ll find sun loungers, a private spa, and a sauna, the perfect trio for relaxation. A covered BBQ area nearby makes outdoor dining effortless, whether it’s lunch after a swim or dinner under the stars.

Two self-contained guest suites, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, sit adjacent to the main house, giving friends or family space to unwind in privacy while staying close to the heart of the home.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private use of the entire property, including the main house, two self-contained guest suites, and all outdoor areas, the pool, spa, sauna, BBQ, and terraces. Off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles, and the home is accessed via a private driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked into the ridge above Onetangi, Chardy Ridge looks out over the vines, valleys, and coastline that make Waiheke so special. Within a few minutes’ drive, you can be swimming at Onetangi Beach, exploring local vineyards, or wandering through galleries and shops in Oneroa.

This area is home to some of the island’s most celebrated wineries, Stonyridge, Tantalus Estate, Te Motu, and Wild on Waiheke are all close by for long vineyard lunches, tastings, and afternoons that drift easily into sunset.

For something more adventurous, EcoZip Adventures offers zipline tours over native bush just down the road, and scenic coastal walks start from nearby trails that wind toward the beach and viewpoints.

Oneroa Village is about ten minutes away for boutique shopping, cafés, and dinner by the water, while Woolworths Supermarket and the Saturday Ostend Market make stocking up simple.

At Chardy Ridge, you’re close to everything but feel a world apart, high enough for peace and panoramic views, yet only moments from the island’s best food, wine, and beaches.

Getting Around:
Getting around from Chardy Ridge is simple. The property is about a 10-minute drive from the Matiatia passenger ferry terminal and only a few minutes from Onetangi Beach.

If you’re arriving without a car, regular bus services (routes 50A and 50B) connect the ferry to Onetangi, with a stop nearby. Taxis and e-bikes are also readily available on the island, and there’s ample off-street parking at the property for multiple vehicles.

Once you’re here, most of the island’s highlights are close by, beaches, vineyards, markets, and walking trails, so exploring at your own pace is easy.
