Whether you want to stroll along on your vacation, splash through the waters on jet skis, parasail, or ride a bike, Ocean City is the place for you and your family!

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Our home and the grounds of the condo are smoke free. Any evidence of smoking is grounds for immediate dismissal, with no refund, and you will be charged a fee for smoking damages (odor removal, cigarette burns etc.) We have a zero-tolerance smoking policy that is non-negotiable.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Prior to check-in, the main account owner must provide a copy of a valid ID for verification.
Guests are required to send a list of all individuals included in the reservation.

Additionally, in adherence to HOA regulations, we kindly ask guests to complete and sign a form provided by the host before check-in. This form is required for verification purposes by the HOA. The account owner will be requested to furnish a copy of their ID, a list of the expected guests for each reservation, as well as a list of the vehicles that will be brought onto the property.

***Forms should be submitted a week before check-in or within 24 hours if there is less than a week prior to check-in.***
