The first floor has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living room with a queen size pullout and a covered porch. A full kitchen dining room and living room and deck on the second floor with ocean views Just steps to the lifeguard protected beach. Shopping, restaurants and nightlife are within walkable distance. There are ball fields, golf, miniature golf, tennis, wave runner rentals, fishing trips and kayaking on the island. A covered porch and private back yard oasis await you. Plenty of off street parking for 4 cars. Best location on the island!

Fabulous Stay!

The property was perfect for our family of 4, plenty of room for a few more. The property is conveniently located to walk to restaurants, across the street from the beach with a short walk and even up the street to several stores. We. were super happy with our stay & would stay here again? Karen and Joe were fantastic hosts and were very clear about how to get into the house and when I did have a question, they got right back to me.They have chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & even Kayaks if you choose to take to the beach. Had a great time and was extremely happy with house & it beinf convenient to so many things!

Great summer beach stay

Great option for the beach! You can actually hear the ocean from the deck! It really is just steps to the beach, which is wide, with soft, clean sand and small waves good for all. House was very comfortable. All bedrooms on first floor, each with a full bath. Very well stocked kitchen, dining room table with counter height and seating for 8. Living room with comfortable furniture, tho not a lot of open space. Great wrap around deck and grills outside which had plenty of propane. There is also a half bath upstairs. This is a great beach home ; it is not fancy, but provides everything you need and you can’t beat the “beachy”, quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. There is an outside restaurant w/nightly music across the street, however, with the doors closed, we heard almost nothing if inside. You are 5 minutes from nice casinos and walking distance to casual restaurants and ice cream. Overall a very good week.

Great House, Hosts and Location!

House was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family vacation to celebrate our Father’s 85th birthday. Karen and Joe were excellent hosts, super friendly and available for anything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! Great Beach house for week in Brigantine

Large, comfortable family home by beach

We loved the location of this house, across from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The a/c worked great and the extra frig and sink on lower level much appreciated by grandparents. Older decor but beds were comfy (no single beds for kids) and each of us enjoyed having our own bathroom. First trip to Brigantine and would definitely go back!
