Atlantic Beach getaway

Check-in was a breeze. Keys were waiting in a lock box with combo sent the morning of arrival. The house had all the necessities for cooking and every room was well stocked with towels and bathroom supplies. Steps to the beach and pool.

Great place with amazing views!

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The property manager was great to work with and gave helpful suggestions about the area. We hope to stay again sometime.

Having to access the beach through the community pool a little tricky with a beach wagon (provided) but great to be able to jump into the pool returning.

Great week in Sea Dreams

We have stayed at this house several times. It has a great layout in a beautiful setting. Views of the ocean and the sound give you the best of both worlds. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. It was a great week.

Enjoyable coastal stay

We enjoyed our time this week. When we arrived - The house still had sand and some dirt in the corners and so we spent some time cleaning up before we truly moved in. Other than the necessary cleaning we had to do on our own - the accommodations were great, pool and beach access is so nice and quiet and private. A great stay with great views for our family.

Truly Sunkissed

We had a great experience at this home Very spacious and light pouring in. Beautiful views from all balconies….so many balconies! We enjoyed drinking our coffee watching sunrise from one balcony and drinking wine at sunset from another We prepared Easter meal kitchen had everything we needed. Such easy access to beach. Although we did not use pool, it was very nice area. Great communication with manager. Was very hard to leave.

Beautiful views and comfortable as being at home

We loved this place. The close proximity to the beach and having a pool to go to was a plus. The view from the deck was awesome… we could see the boats coming in from fishing in the big rock. The front desk hosted beautiful sunsets. You can also see most of Atlantic Beach because the lot was so high. The parking was tricky but manageable. Overall we loved it and would Love to rent again! Thank you!

Lovely beach house, perfectly situated by Fort Macon

We had a truly amazing time at “Sun-Kissed” - a gorgeous beach house in a picture-perfect neighborhood with a beach that couldn’t get any better. Perfect for morning jogs along Fort Macon, boogie boarding, and evening jaunts to Morehead City and Beaufort. A huge common area perfect for puzzles, games, and just hanging out when it rains (it rarely did). Porches aplenty, one screened. Great pool area. And the property manager was helpful and a delight. What more can you ask for?! Thanks, Heather!

The location is great and the walk to beach and pool was only a couple of minutes. The entire development is very dog friendly too. The management company was very responsive as well.Our only suggestion would be to add a blanket in each bedroom.

She was so friendly and so helpful and very quick to respond when we called. When we walked into this home and it just smelled so clean and so fresh!! Beds are very comfortable!! Balconies were amazing just being able to relax and enjoy. Kitchen is beyond stocked!!!! We had one issue where we had to contact Heather, but nothing urgent and she was quick to respond. The community is unbelievable!! Friendly neighbors!! We were close to Fort Macon, Beaufort, and Morehead City. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the home and the owner!!! We would definitely come back again!!! Thank you for everything!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation at Sunkissed! The house was within a short walking distance to the beach and pool. The house was spacious and well equipped with kitchen needs. The property manager was attentive to any questions and needs you might have. All in all a great house for a big family. If I had to mention any drawback about the house it would be the other king bedroom was up the spiral staircase off the living room and noise may be an issue. We enjoyed seeing Fort Macon, the aquarium and visiting nearby Morehead City and Beaufort.
