Great trip!

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time! The condo was clean and plenty of linens were left for all guests. The kitchen was nicely furnished. The location on the first floor is great. We have stayed here before and will return!

Yearly Sister trip

This is our third time staying at Matt’s Condo and like we said last time, it will not be our last time staying here. Can’t say enough good things about this condo. First, the communication with Matt is spot on. He always answers any questions that you have very quickly. If there is anything you need while at the condo he is responsive to that as well. Next, the condo is very well equi with everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedroom. Very nice hot water, and comfortable beds. The 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths make this a perfect condo for family and/or friends. Then of course, location, location, location. Right on the beach.The only bad thing we experienced while we were there was having to leave to go home! Can’t wait until our next trip.

A Great Place to Stay on Atlantic Beach

This rental in the Dunescape complex is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom balconies are beautiful and relaxing. The bed was much better than in most rental units. The wide, clean beach was accessible by several private boardwalks. There is a clean, salt water pool just outside the unit. Our stay here was just the relaxing getaway we had hoped. Thanks to Matt, our host.

We were told the property would have at least 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag which was not the case. The ice maker didn't work at all. We had to go out immediately to buy ice, trash bags, toilet paper and soap. Those are basic items you would expect to be provided. The location was nice and close to the beach.

Ideal Location

Property owners were wonderful to deal with, great communication. Condo is perfect for a smaller family and there was a plenty of room and all the things you need. We enjoyed the patio, our spot on the beach and the pool. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Cozy place and a great location / access to the beach

Once you orient yourself to the building layout and finding the right stairwell, it’s pretty straight forward. The host left very detailed instructions and information about the place. It is just one staircase away from beach access. Just few minutes from a shopping center with groceries and more. Things are deliverable, pool is very clean. You do have view of the pool and the ocean horizon. The doors are all very well sound proofed even if there’s a lot of people in the pool, despite being on 1.5 floor, you won’t hear them hardly. The beach is also very well maintained. I always saw some trash truck collecting or recovering the deposited bags from the cans. Beautiful beach. Me and my family all enjoyed everything so much here.

Great sister weekend

Our second time renting this condo. The owners are amazing to work with. The condo is exactly as stated in the online listing. Very well appointed. The location is great. The beach is amazing and the view from the living room deck is the perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon reading and games. The 3 bedrooms are great. Sleeps 8 and has 2 1/2 bathrooms, which is great. Beds are comfy. Water in the showers is hot. The kitchen is exactly what we needed while on vacation. The owners have a nice selection of beach equipment for you to use. Also, if you have any issue, the owners are very quick to respond. Can’t wait to go back

Nice little condo on the first floor with a good location. The entire facility (not the condo) was a little run down and in need of repairs, guess the season hasn’t really started yet. The pier across from the property is super nice and quiet, a lot better than most of them in the area. Good fishing at night and lit up very well. Remember to stop and buy paper towels and toilet paper as they provide a little but it is the cheap stuff ( John Wayne toilet paper). Beds were comfy, bunk bed is bigger than most. For the price we feel it was a good value.

Awesome place great people

Location was great, easy access for my mother in law who has to use a scooter. Only issue was the HOA closed down the pool Oct 1. Communication with owners was timely and very nice.
