The bartenders were rude and unprepared to serve guests in the lobby bar. Guests were incredibly loud in the bar area until 12:30am. The room air conditioning quit working so we had to switch rooms. In the new room, it would not cool past 72 degrees and upwards of 73 after showering. It was an awful experience.

Came for the Beyoncé concert and staying at the Embassy did not disappoint. The staff were so friendly and helpful; plus, the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

Horrible management no air in room

I am supposed to be due a refund due to the fact that the air was not working in the room. I had to call several times and go down stairs twice to get someone to address the issue. The employees did not care one bit about the extreme inconvenience of trying to get dressed in a room that was 82 degrees. I almost passed out from the heat.
