Villa with a pool surrounded by an olive grove

Set in the heart of a nine-hectare olive grove, Villa Rosy is a charming farmhouse nestled in the Umbrian countryside—ideal for those who love nature and relaxation but don’t want to sacrifice comfort.

The location offers a spectacular view of the valley below, from Montefalco to Perugia, which you can enjoy while sunbathing comfortably on the poolside loungers and delighting in the scent of the aromatic herbs and fruit trees in the garden.

Just 3 km from Assisi, all around the villa and the agritourism property, there’s a whole world to explore by bike, on horseback, on foot, or even by paraglider, because the range of activities is vast, varied, and suited to every type of ecotourist.

And if you’d like to take a cooking class right here at the villa, taste the local wine, or try the olive oil from our grove, we’ll be more than happy to accommodate you.
