全体的にややくたびれた印象はあるものの、昭和の時代の雰囲気を色濃く残した施設と設備であり温泉も利用可能です。部屋も広く快適でした。

Good hotel

Overall, room is big enough and clean. Spa facility quite good. Only one thing is no good that all around restaurant close in the afternoon 15:00 or 18:00. Limited choose for dinner.

房間非常好，古色古香；櫃檯人員也親切，就算英文不好也會耐心說到你懂。只是附近晚上能吃的店不多，要先買好東西或開車出去吃

飯店人員非常的熱情,我們晚上因為找不到路,打電話給飯店人員,他們還特別開車出來找我們,並帶領我們到達,他們的服務熱忱讓我非常感動,飯店看出來的風景也不錯,很值得

酒店房間不錯

酒店房間很有特色, 有榻榻米床; 酒店也有戶外及室內免費溫泉, 很不錯。但酒店沒有餐廳, 而附近只有幾間小型餐廳, 沒有便利店, 搵食有些困難。

멋진 산책 위한 완벽한 위치 및 편한 시설.

우리 생각에는 제일 좋은 것은 위치... 주변에 800m +/- 산이 많아서 아주 멋진 숲과 산 속에있는 산책할 수 있는 기회다 많다. 작은 마을인데 주변 식당은 맛있고 다양하고, 방 크고 편했다. 온촌시설 특별하지 않았지만 편하고 사용 가능 시간 여유러웠다. 다만 호텔 식당은 별로 맛있지 않았다. 대중 교통을 이용하면 조금 어렵다 -- 아소역에서 버스에서 내리고 택시 12분 타야했다.

河畔的温泉旅馆

这家温泉酒店不管接送，要靠自己去找。好在不难找，阿苏站坐公交车直接到酒店门口，每个成人370日元。问司机Aso Hotel就可以了，很方便。到了以后，才发现阿苏酒店是高楼，这在阿苏内牧温泉区是不多见的，所以酒店也顾不上接送客人了，因为要接待的太多了。酒店下午三点多、四点开始接待客人，在此之前到达，几乎看不到人，仿佛关门停业一样，前台都没有人。四点以后，旅行团大巴一来，人气立刻旺盛，一楼大厅的商场也开了。温泉大浴场在一楼，和其它温泉旅馆一样，也有室内和室外，水质很棒，浑身滑溜溜的。这个区域的温泉，感觉都是医疗级别的，因为温泉病院就在附近。餐食也很丰富，一堆小碗。早晨要十点退房，我们下楼的时候，感觉都没人了……我们是最后一波的，因为我们一走，前台的服务员也下班了。一定要留意门口公交站的时间表，半个小时、一个小时一趟很正常。我们离开旅馆，坐公交车20分钟回到阿苏站，寄存好行李，坐上山公交车到阿苏山上，也挺好。

호텔 시설과 외국인 안내 서비스 제로

직원들은 친절했지만 외국인 관광객 응대 서비스가 낮음. 안내를 받을 수 있는 체계가 안돼 불편했음. 아소산에 대한 소개 책자가 현지인용만 비치돼 있고 안내원도 일어외엔 소통이 안됐음. 식사와 호텔 이용에 대한 설명도 안돼.
