With lake views through cedar and maple trees, radiant heated floors in sunroom. A cozy gas-fired brick fireplace, it’s the ideal spot to unwind in every season.

The Space
Wake up to sunrise views over Winnekeag Lake, which you can see right from bed. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a warm, inviting space for gathering. The living room features a 14-foot half-cathedral ceiling, a beautiful all-brick gas fireplace, and wide pine floors with a comfortable seating area perfect for relaxing by the fire.

The sunroom faces the lake with windows on three sides, filling the space with natural light. It’s a favorite spot for morning coffee or cozy evenings, with radiant heated floors, couches for lounging, and shelves stocked with puzzles, books, and games.
