In the district of Eikerapen 12 km from the centre of Åseral, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 70 km from the centre of Lyngdal, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 650 m2 with meadow, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop 4 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 km, grass beach 2 km, lake Øre 2 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km. Please note: car recommended.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), 1 wall-trunk bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, large terrace 43 m2 partly roofed.
