- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Villa Anga is a modern villa bordering other properties and located in a residential area of the prestigious resort of Liscia di Vacca. The exposed stone facade which recalls the typical style of the Costa Smeralda, the Orosei marble of the flooring on the ground floor and the paving of the swimming pool, the red Verona marble in the first floor rooms, the elegant furnishings in colonial colours and the beautiful windows that let in the light and provide a spectacular view of the sea, are the distinguishing elements of this refined property. Located between Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia, framed by lush vegetation and crystal clear sea, Villa Anga is the ideal place in which to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation while remaining close to nightlife venues and beautiful beaches, including Spiaggia Liscia di Vacca, Cala Granu and Cala del Faro.
Interior:
Villa Anga has two floors, connected externally. A wooden pedestrian gate, adjacent to the private, canopy-covered parking area, opens onto 11 steps leading up to the solarium area with pool and outdoor living area. A large sliding glass door leads directly into the ground floor of the villa, consisting of a bright open-plan area with a cosy sofa, a large dining area and a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the pool. Continuing on, are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, an extra single bed in a room (up 4 steps) and a bathroom with shower. Completing this floor is the laundry area. From the pool area, a flight of 17 steps leads up to the first floor consisting of a large bright open-plan area with fireplace and composed of a sitting area, a large wooden table and a well-equipped kitchen. Framed by a large window, which looks out over the splendid panorama of the sea, the area has direct access to the level terrace with stone table and brick barbecue. From the living area, a hallway leads to the sleeping area with three double bedrooms overlooking the swimming pool, two of which with ensuite bathroom (one with shower and one with tub shower. Air conditioning inly in the bedrooms.
Park:
Directly connected to the villa via sliding windows is the garden entirely paved in Orosei marble with the swimming pool, the solarium and the outdoor living area embellished with a large table sheltered by a white wooden-beamed canopy, perfect for spending pleasant moments during the hot summer days. On two sides, dry stone walls, olive trees and beds of bougainvillea guarantee privacy. At the entrance to the property is a private parking area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located on level terrain and surrounded by Orosei marble paving, is right next to the main entrance of the villa and the outdoor living area. Rectangular and measuring 8.5 x 4.5 m, with the depth ranging from 1.60 to 1.30 m, the pool is accessed via two steps along two sides. It is lined in Orosei marble and has salt purification and internal lighting. The solarium area, illuminated around the entire perimeter by spotlights, is equipped with sunbeds, poufs, small tables and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
