Panoramic Villa in Cannigione - Relaxation between Sea and Nature

You will be just a few steps from our beautiful beaches, places of art, historical culture and food and wine of our land. Casa Catalina is a family villa from the 70s on two levels, a tribute from my father Giovanni to my mother Caterina. It stands in a strategic point on the Laconia promontory, a few minutes from the center of Cannigione and well connected to various places of interest.

You will have the entire panoramic apartment on the upper floor at your disposal, with double independent access from the garden, the entrance from the dining room and from the terrace.

What you will find:
- covered terrace with panoramic view of the Gulf of Cannigione, Caprera Island and La Maddalena Island;
- large, bright, welcoming and airy interiors as follows: 3 double bedrooms, capacious wardrobes, study/work corner with desk and possibility of having a screen upon reservation, reading and relaxation corners, 2 spacious bathrooms (1 with bathtub and 1 with shower), sea view living room with natural terracotta flooring, equipped kitchen and dining room, windows with shutters in the sleeping area equipped with mosquito nets;
- Outdoors with reserved and sheltered parking spaces, large solarium, barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water.
- Use of washing machine and free Wi-Fi.

What we provide* free extra: cleaning detergents, kitchen and hand soap, toilet paper, bags for separate waste collection, kindness and hospitality.
