Detached house located in the urbanization of S`Estanyol, only about 100mts. from Sa Canova Beach and 1 km from the sports port of Colonia de San Pedro.
The house on two floors, has two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with double bed and one with three single beds, a bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.
In the open kitchen, bathroom and living room with porch floor, fully equipped kitchen. The decor is modern and functional. The village of Colonia San Pedro is 900 m with all amenities such as restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, banks, stationery, etc.
Just 15 minutes drive there are several golf courses, Pula, Son Servera, Capdepera, etc. We recommend an excursion to Es Caló, bordering the sea towards the Cap Ferrutx, where you will find this beautiful cove of crystal clear waters ideal for snorkeling.

Great stay

Our family stayed in this beautiful house for 1 week. During our stay we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed. And even better is the ambiance of the house- we felt home. We (especially our teenagers) loved the vinyl records. Having the balconies and view was lovely. The hosts are extremely welcoming and accommodating and communication was great. The location was perfect- 5 minutes walking distance from a wild beach with a mix of stones and sand. Nearby villages offer nice restaurants and markets. Thank you for your hospitality!

Mountain and Sea View

Host was very helpful prior to trip and upon or arrival. The house was as pictured if not better. House was clean and well maintained. They had beach toys available, kid size flippers, a boogie board, water shoes, and skate boards. TV had good service, found our Netflix shows from home. There were multiple gaming consoles and a record player with a large collection of records. They greeted us with cake and local fruits which we really enjoyed. The area is not busy and the view from the roof top terrace is amazing. Our children are 5 and 8, might have found the stairs steep for an early walker, but no problem at their ages. Went to two of the restaurants recommended and they were excellent. Also went to Rancho Grande for a meal and a trail ride both of which were superb. The beach near the home was an easy walk, but the area closest is rocky. Fun for snorkeling and kids playing, but not sand if that is what you are expecting. You can walk down further to find sand, but this was mostly covered in Seagrass during our stay- this was the only surprise, but not a big deal. There is plenty to do on the island and easy to make it to other places from this location. Rented a boat in Pollenca, took about 45 minutes to get there. Also did a day trip to the Caves of Drach which was another 45 minutes. The island is mountainous which adds a little extra time. Would book the house again, had a lovely time and enjoyed staying away from the crowds!

Beautifully designed home

This home is a perfect spot for a couple or family of four. The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach and very close to the nearest town. There is no AC, which wouldn’t have been a challenge if not for the heat wave. The patios (there are 3!) are all gorgeous. The record player and accompanying records are an added bonus. For someone who likes to cook, this kitchen is a dream. Outfitted with everything you need to make a beautiful meal. Strong Wi-Fi was a major plus having to work during the vacation. The hosts were just lovely, gifting us with a large bowl of fruit and cake upon arrival. I highly recommend this very special home, furnished with exceptional design and thoughtful attention to detail.

Mallorca beaches

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. Very comfortable living space with outside terraces to enjoy. Even in August the inside temperature was comfortable with the windows open. The fan in the bedroom works very well. Gustavo and family were very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed talking to them. The place was spotless and they had fresh fruit for us! Check in and out was seamless. Highly recommend this property!

Ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernter süßer Platz

Zugegeben, von Außen wirkte es unspektakulär und die Fotos treffen bei Weitem nicht das, was wir erleben durften. Ein wünderschönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, einen Ausblick auf Wald, Meer und Natur in Mitten einer trubeligen Insel. Die Küche war super ausgestatet und geht über das, was man aus normalen Ferienhäusern kennt an Ausstattung hinaus. Die Möglichkeit 2 verschiedene Varianten zum Grillen zu benutzen, hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Stauraum lassen einen längeren Aufenhalt ohne aus dem Koffer leben zu müssen gut zu. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und bot uns auch an einem kälteren abend mit dem Kamin einen wunderbare Zeit. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir sehr gut dem Meer lauschen und Sonnenuntergänge beobachten und lauschten den wunderbaren Klängen des Plattenspielers jeden abend. Hier fühlte man sich nicht einfach wie der nächste Tourist. Alles in Allem haben die Vermieter großartige Arbeit geleistet mit dieser Unterkunft, was man leider als User von Außen kaum warnimmt. Ein absoluter Glücksgriff und sehr zu empfehlen.

Unfassbar schönes Objekt, der Gastgeber ist jederzeit und schnell für Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Terrasse ist ein Traum von der man aus das das glasklare Meer sehen kann. Im Haus schon zur Anreise alles was man braucht. Wir haben noch einen Kaffeeaufsatz mitgenommen, falls man nicht den Kaffee mit den Kapseln mag. Ansonsten sorgt der Vermieter wirklich für alles... Und wenn ich sag für alles, dann wirklich für alles! Uns war bewusst dass die Unterkunft keine Klimaanlage hatte, jedoch muss man dazu sagen haben wir es bei diesen hohen Temperaturen unterschätzt und es nach wenigen Tagen anders gewünscht. Sobald man aber am Abend alle Fenster mit Mückengitter öffnet zum Stoßlüften über Nacht, geht es. Trotzdem wäre vorallem ein Moskitonetz an der Terrasse im Hauptschlafzimmer wünschenswert. Jegliche Einrichtung hat einwandfrei funktioniert, alles war zu genüge vorhanden. Das Bad war ein Traum und auch das kleine WC unten war eine Bereicherung. Die Terrasse welche vom Wohnzimmer aus begehbar war haben wir leider nur 1 x genutzt, weil durch den Flusslauf es von Moskitos gewimmelt hat. Sehr schade weil sie wirklich unfassbar dazu eingelädt. Leider hat man es auch mit Räucherstäbchen und Ventilator nicht in den Griff bekommen. Ansonsten bietet das Haus eine absolut ruhige Lage, der Vermieter klärt am Anfang über alles auf und auch im und um den Ort kann man gut und günstig Essen gehen. Absolut kein Tourismus! Vielen Dank!

Toller Urlaub zum Relaxen

Etwas abseits des Trubels liegt dieses schöne Haus. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und auch unsere Kinder sind schnell angekommen. Die 3 Terrassen wurden von uns gut genutzt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Gustavo und seine Frau sind hervorragenden Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne wieder!

La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona tranquila y con mucha naturaleza. Muy poco concurrida para ser pleno agosto. Los anfitriones nos recibieron muy bien con ensaimada de bienvenida. Muchas gracias Gustavo y Azucena. Lo mejor de todo, la casa. Es espectacular, muy acogedora. Los desayunos en la terraza de abajo con vistas al bosque no tienen precio. Living at home und am Meer

Wir haben zu dritt eine Woche in diesem Haus am Meer verbracht. Es ist mehr als eine Ferienunterkunft, es ist ein Zuhause. Der Style ist wunderschön und es gibt eine gemütliche Terrasse am Wohnzimmer und eine auf dem Dach mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht von Alcudia. Alles ist hell und luftig und mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet. Die Eigentümerin hat uns mit leckerem Gebäck und frischen Blumen empfangen. Direkt vor dem Haus kann geparkt werden, im naheliegenden Hotel steht die Bar auch Besuchern offen. Zum Naturstrand ist es ein Fußmarsch von ca. 15 Minuten. Im Ort selbst gibt es am Ende der Promenade (Strohschirme im Strickkleid) ein wunderbares Lokal mit kreativen Gerichten. Auch die Cocktails sind sehr zu empfehlen und der Service top. Etwas teuer, aber unbedingt ausprobieren. Einen Wunsch hätten wir noch gehabt: Moskitoschutz an der Terrassentür im großen Schlafzimmer. Es wird sehr warm und ein wenig Luft mit Meeresrauschen hätte die Nacht verschönert 😁.

Wunderbare Erholung

Wir haben uns zwei Wochen in herrlicher Ruhe erholt. Es gibt 3 Terassen, die entweder zum Sonnen oder zur Entspannung im Schatten einladen. Das Meer ist ca. 300 m entfernt und man kann sich in einer kleinen Bucht erfrischen. Es gibt dort einen langen und kaum genutzten Naturstrand (Badeschuhe mitnehmen). Am meisten haben wir die herrliche Ruhe genossen, die nur hin und wieder vom Bellen irgendwelcher Hund in der Ferne unterbrochen wurde. Das Haus bietet allen erdenklichen Komfort. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgerüstet um dort Malzeiten zu kochen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner und mehrere Fernseher (die allerdings nur spanische Sender empfingen) und gutes Wlan. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Der Hauptort ist ca. 1 KM entfernt, dort gibt es einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants, zu denen man gerne noch einmal kommt. Positiv waren wir von dem Ort Arta überrascht, der ca. 10 Km entfernt ist und der eine lebendige Einkaufsmeile mit vielen interessanten und gemütlichen Restaurants bietet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bei Problemen extrem hilfsbereit. Wir können das überaus gemütliche Häuschen wärmstens empfehlen und planen selber einen erneuten Ferienaufenthalt dort.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick in Meeresnähe

Großzügiges Haus mit vielen schönen Aussenbereichen, u.a. Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Gut ausgestattet (vor allem Küche), inkl bequemer Betten, Strandschirme etc. Meer knapp 5 min zu Fuss, Sandstrand etwa 15 min. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genoßen! (War für uns kein Problem, aber als Info: Die Treppe ist mit Kleinkinder evtl. eine Herausforderung)

Phantastischer Ort; Herzliche Gastgeber

Herzlicher, persönlicher Empfang mit Obst und Kuchen. Man spürt an jedem Ort im Haus, dass die Gastgeber das/Ihr Haus liebvoll errichtet, eingerichtet und hier selbst wohl einmal gewohnt haben. Kein typisches Ferienhaus! Das macht den Charme aus. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhe, Meer und Unternehmungen. Einzig wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist, wäre die Treppenanlage im Haus etwas riskant. Gewünscht hätten wir uns einen Wasserkocher, ansonsten ist Geschirr und Kochzeug sämlichst ausreichend vorhanden, eine zusätzliche dünne Einziehdecke anstatt nur eines wenn auch großen Bezuges und einen Moskitoschutz im Schlafraum. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit all seinen Vorzügen genossen und können uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. Hasta Loego!

We had a great time in the house. It is located just a few minutes from the sea, with mountains and many walking opportunities nearby. The house itself is very cosy and we felt at home right away. Very friendly owners, we were kindly welcomed, with flowers and fruit. Definitively a recommendation, and we'd love to come back. It is also very well-suited for children (if they are old enough to manage the open stairs).

Urlaubstag herzlichst mit Wein, Blumen, frischen Obst und Kaminfeuer (Anfang März) in ihrem geschmackvollen Haus begrüßten mit unseren kleinen Kindern (3 und 1 J). Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt, denn das gepflegte Haus ist individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was eine Familie braucht und vieles mehr. Etwas schwierig für uns war die nicht abgesicherte Treppe im OG, aber dieses kleine Problem haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen bei den vielen anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Von der Dachterrase, aber auch von der Terrasse des Schlafzimmers kann man das Meer sehen oder ins Grüne blicken. Auch die Berge im Hintergrund geben eine traumhafte Atmosphäre. Ein Mietwagen ist absolut empfehlenswert, um Ausflüge und Einkäufe zu erledigen. Wir kommen, wenn möglich, auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super Ferienhaus

Es war eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit in diesem verzaubernden Ferienhaus mitten im Natur-Urlaubsidyll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Une maison ouverte entre mer et montagne

Le calme absolu, séjour et chambre principale donnent sur de vastes terrasses ouvertes sur la forêt, la montagne proche et celles du cap Formentor en arrière plan, la baie, grandiose. Difficile de quitter la maison et pourtant la plage est à 5 minutes...

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Tolles Haus für Menschen, die eine ruhige maturnahe Lage , gute Atmosphäre und eine geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung zu schätzen wissen. Es fehlt an nichts... Gut geeignet für eine Familie.
