The Staff were very efficient especially at Check-In as Hotels.com had not sent the Hotel my booking! I had the booking on my phone but the hotel had no booking for our week. This was not the best start to our holiday. The Hotel is excellent I would recommend a sea view.

Dont understand the purpose of the bar/sitting area as its hardly ever open. Where to get a early evening drink from is non Existent ...so definitely missing a trick.
