Our room was nothing like the photos on the website. The entire apartment was extremely dated and in need of a remodel and our bathroom and kitchen look absolutely nothing like what was advertised on the website. The one we paid for and expected looked far more modern, completely different units, appliances and furniture and fsr brighter. Sadly, what we ended up with was frankly not what we paid for. It wasn't until our final day we managed to get a glimpse into our direct neighbours room (on both sides of our apartment) plus a friends room across the courtyard and they are modelled completely differently and do reflect the website. We also had a lot of very noisy maintenance workers outside our bedroom window banging, grinding and drilling every morning at 8.15am onwards. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all!!!!!

Property was clean and tidy but the booking didn’t include breakfast (my fault). This wasn’t a problem as you can get breakfast everywhere in the area and it’s cheaper than the hotel (unless you’re after the buffet breakfasts usually served in the big hotels.

Very nice room better than expected but our friends ended up in one that hasn’t been refurbished so quite disappointing. The worst thing are lack of sun beds and idiots putting towels on them in the early hours then walking away for hours and arguing if somebody removes them it clearly states that you can or the hotel will remove towels after 30mins of no one being on them but they don’t carry this out and it leads to confrontation it’s just people being selfish mostly brits too. The location is great and the pool nice. Maid service is also very good If they just sorted the sunbed issue made people stick to the rules it would be great.

Our stay started with a very nice and friendly check-in. Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of our stay! When we entered the room, we immediately applied a stale stench. The whole decor and ambiance of the room was “bad” at the moment. After going to the toilet I locked myself because there was no buckle on the door. The air conditioner is an old ceiling fan (does not cool anything). The highlight of this stay were the cockroaches in the room (disgusting, large and not pleasant to see). We first tried to call the front desk. But guess what? The phone does not work. We went to the reception, explained the situation and expressed our dissatisfaction. Instead of understanding or apologizing, we received a rude response and arrogance from the employees. Her response was "You have a standard room, lower your expectations."

The location is amazing. Right next to the beach. Lots of places to eat around it and not far from shops and the water park. The room was really nice with a balcony and 2nd floor bedroom. Didn’t use the pool area as wanted to use the beach but it looked popular. Staff were nice and friendly. Would highly recommend it.

Good clean rooms, helpful staff

This is the third time I have stayed here. It’s a great location. Can’t comment on food as I had to take advantage of the excellent local restaurants etc

Great location disappointed with attitude

E-mailed ahead asking for a sunny balcony if possible. We were allocated a room on the only side of the building with no sun all day. Main road heavy traffic. Asked for possible move. Advised no way and that the larger tour operators took priority over us? Disappointed. Asked again two days later as hotel appeared to not be full and offered to pay upgrade fee. Was told someone would contact us. Again we were informed that the larger tour operators took priority over us? No one contacted us. The settee colapsed The telephone did not work The shower control came off in your hand. Only room on site with a shutter missing. The boiler screamed each time a tap was used below us, hence very early wake up calls.
