Apartamento Parque Santiago 3 se encuentra en un complejo bien cuidado con vistas al mar y la hermosa playa de Playa de Las Américas. Me siento engañada

He reservado este alojamiento porque en las conversaciones por la mensajería de vrbo, Sven me confirmó que podía cancelar la reserva 14 días antes sin ningún cargo, y cuando quise hacerlo 15 días antes, me dijo que no me devolvía el dinero porque era una cancelación estricta. Ni siquiera vrbo consiguió convencerlo haciendo mención a los mensajes que habíamos intercambiado. Tuvimos que finalmente alojarnos para no perder el dinero y decir que el sofá está todo sucio, imposible sentarse en algo así, en la terraza había largueros de madera de obras que ni siquiera quitaron, las mamparas de las duchas sacan agua para afuera...en definitiva, recomiendo el complejo y la situación, pero jamás recomendaría a alguien que se alojara aquí y mucho menos con Sven ya que no cumple su palabra.

I have stayed on this hotel complex many times before but in different apartments. It is in a great location in relation to local amenities, especially the excellent supermarket which we enjoyed our daily fresh croissants from.Parque Santiago itself was disappointing compared to previous years. Swimming pools and splash park were often closed due to emergency cleaning, Jacuzzi was closed for a whole week due to renovation and the restaurant Atlantico had incredibly poor service and very disappointing food on offer. I booked this particular apartment, as it had two bedrooms and bathrooms, which would be big enough for a family of four. However, the sizes of both bedrooms were rather small and there was nowhere, were you could put and open up your suitcase other than on the floor or on your bed. The wardrobe was also very small for two people.The two refurbished bathrooms were of a good size, but lacked a towel rail or hooks to hang up your towels. Also a shower caddy for your shampoo and shower gel would have been a really good idea, instead of having to leave it on the floor of the shower!The kitchen was okay, although we had to ask for more teaspoons( there were only 3 in the cutlery draw) more water glasses and cereal bowls, which we all got delivered during our first week. A bonus, however, was a dishwasher, which was not mentioned in the description of the apartment.The balcony had a nice view over all the lovely plants, but felt rather cramped with the table, chai

Comfortable apartment in a beautiful location.

The apartment is situated within the Parque Santiago III complex, which has beautiful grounds and a good supply of cafes etc. It is close to a supermarket and all resort amenities and one of the nicest beaches in the area. The apartment was a good size, but more shelves and some towel hooks/rails would really help. Nice garden view, but the balcony itself is rather cluttered. It was good to have a dishwasher, but this is not listed as one of the amenities in the apartment so we didn't know to bring tablets for it. Having a washing machine (listed) was very helpful. The apartment is privately let by the owner and is therefore excluded from the services provided to general hotel guests. As a result, we were offered no cleaning of the apartment, despite staying there for two weeks. A supply of clean towels and bedlinen was dropped off, but left to us to organise. Some extra bin bags would have been useful. Regular guests have a wrist tag/card access to the many alternative access points to the complex, but we did not have card access provided so were only able to access through the main entrance to the hotel and then had to walk all the way round - sometimes with heavy shopping. The television gave us access to Netflix via our own subscription, but the main terrestrial service via antenna to the apartment was not working. We asked the agency contact for help in resolving this, but didn't get a response. An enjoyable stay overall, but with minimal support/service provided.

Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten

Sehr schade, dass die Wohnung nicht mehr gepflegt wird. Duschkopfhalterung defekt, es spritz aus der Armatur, keine Möglichkeit um Tücher aufzuhängen im Badezimmer. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse fällt auseinander… es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön renoviert.

Tilava huoneisto, jossa 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 suihkullista WC:tä. Isolta parvekkeelta avautuu hienot maisemat sisäpihan puutarhaan, varsinaiseen paratiisiin. Miinuksena asunnon kunto alkaa olemaan jo hieman nuhjuinen ja se vaatisi pientä ehostusta. WC:n ovissa kahvat vaihtokunnossa, samoin olohuoneen sohva. Näistä asioista löytyy mainintoja jo edellisvuodelta, mutta omistaja ei ole halunnut laittaa näitä kuntoon. Mutta jos nämä eivät haittaa asumista, niin upea sijainti ja näkymät parvekkeelta antavat paljon anteeksi…

Lejlighed i meget dårlig stand

Store huller i væggene, to døre med låse på de forkerte sider på dørene, huller i loftet, pærer der ikke virker, byttet om på koldt og varmt vand i hanerne, blandingsbatteri der sidder løst, skuffer der er ved at skille ad, kun 4 dyner selvom vi var 5 gæster, mug på gardiner. Dårlig lejlighed i forhold til at det er en meget dyr pris pr uge, stort set ingen refusion på trods af klage og til sidst svarer udlejer ikke. Kan ikke anbefales. Desuden alt for mange englændere som forpester området med råben og larm både dag og nat.

Playa de Las Americas Nov 2021

After a longer than hoped delay to our annual November holiday we finally arrived in Tenerife. The apartment complex is in an ideal location. The complex itself is well maintained, beautiful grounds etc. The apartment had been partially refurbished by the looks of it. It had a new modern kitchen, two modern bathrooms, both with walk in showers. My only issue was the 2nd bedroom, we were a party of 4 adults (2 couples). The 2nd bedroom would have been more suited to two children sharing, although it was comfortable and clean. Checking in was easy, as was checking out. We had a couple of repairs that needing sorting which were completed in a timely manner. Overall good location, excellent complex.

Die Lage des Appartements ist gut, einige Dinge könnten reapariert werden.

Das Appartement ist gut, die Einrichtung bis auf einige Dinge in Ordnung. Ich schreibe dies nicht als Kritik sondern als Verbesserungsvorschlag für die nächsten Gäste. Was ist nicht in Ordnung? Die Bad/Toilettentüre ist nicht von innen versperrbar sondern von AUSSEN! Der Wasserhahn in der Küchenspüle wackelt sehr, so daß man 2 Hände zum Aufdrehen benötigt. Der Tisch am Balkon ist nicht zu gebrauchen, da er extrem wackelt und sehr schräg steht. Die Ursache ist abgebrochenes Plastik am Tischfuß. In einem Appartement welches zumindest einen mittleren Standard entspricht könnte in der Dusche für das Shampoo und die Seife eine Ablage vorhanden sein damit man beides nicht auf den Boden legen muß.

Alhoewel de eerste indruk bij betreden van woning verouderd leek, hebben we toch genoten van het appartement. Goed ingericht en praktisch. babybedje stond klaar maar kinderstoel was tekort . bij aangifte dezelfde avond nog gebracht. In de keuken waren maar 3 wijnglazen en enkele andere glazen aanwezig. ook deze werden onmiddellijk aangevuld. alle huishoudelijke toestellen werkten goed uitgezonderd waterkoker volledig verkalkt en bij melding hebben nieuwe gekregen. had de indruk dat de vloer in lange tijd niet schoongemaakt was (mogelijk géén verhuur in corona). de vloer lag vol stof en heb zelf dan de vloer volledig schoongemaakt zodat we konden blootvoets lopen. plus punten = goede ligging met mooie accomodatie in park zelf en omgeving + prachtig kinderzwembad en verzorgde zwembaden. - keuken goed ingericht met wasmachine - vaatwas - oven - microgolf en diverse huishoudelijke toestellen min punten = - verouderd en eventueel beetje opfrissing nodig - wasbakafvoer keuken kon niet afgesloten worden = geen waterstop - in badkamers kleerhaakjes voorzien alsook eventueel handdoekrek tegen muur - siliconen rondom douches in badkamers eens hernieuwen - schimmel op verouderde silicone. - lampkap in living werkte niet en zetel in stof is heel goed maar heeft een grondige poetbeurt nodig = erg vervuilt.

Kèche ist gräumig und gut ausgerüstet, Geschirrspühler, grosser Kühlschtank. Badezimmer mit Duschen gut, leider Ohne zusätzlichen Ablagen. Sofa im Wohnzimmer voller Flecken, sollte ersetzt werden. Sonst übliches 3*** Niveau.

A great vacation

The location was right in the heart of the action, in a complex right off the promenade with access to all the shops and restaurants. A grocery store right across the street. The apartment had all the amenities and with two bedrooms and bathrooms had more than enough space. All the directions were provided for including a meet and greet with the property manager to get the key. Only on a few occasions did I have to circle the block to get a parking spot for the car. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Myself and my family have stayed at this property for a week in January. I don't normally writte reviews but I think this property definately deserves a positive review. I can not reccomend this apartment enough. You can not pick a better location with the main high street on your doorstep and ocian view through the balcony. Lovely apartment has everything you may need and a fantastic owner Sven has made our experience even better and put everything at ease. He has sent us detailed information on how to get there from the airport and helped with any other questions we had. I would highly recomend this apartment and we will definately be back! Top-Lage für Familien

Appartment mit reichlich Platz für 4 Personen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Sofa müsste mal erneuert werden, vielleicht tut es ja auch ein Überwurf, Betten gut, Ausstattung für Selbstversorgung ok., Lage zum Strand und Aussicht top, deshalb würden wir wiederkommen.:-)

Property had everything we needed and kids loved the netflix. Would be great to have aircon esp in summer temp. Excellent resort had all the amenities we needed. Easy check in process but maybe a instruction book to use some of the appliances like cooker and tv etc would be helpful but we did find our way around and appartmemt had everything we needed to make a home away from home.

Really Enjoyed our Stay

Apartment was very good, clean and plenty of space. The washer and dishwasher were a big bonus. Lovely views from balcony and quiet on an evening. The complex is lovely and suits all ages. Would recommend. Check in process worked as promised and owner was flexible on check out due to a change in our flight time which was much appreciated.

We have recently returned from a 10 day stay at Arona and can’t say anything bad about this apartment, check in was easy, the apartment was lovely and clean with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. Our children (ages 2 & 6)loved the on site water park and beautiful pools and location is perfect for family’s. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Nice apartment in Parque Santiago 3

A two bedroom apartment in a great complex, sleeps six people. New kitchen and bathrooms. Nice view from the balcony over the garden, very good wifi and plenty of towels. Parque Santiago 3 is in a great location, near the beach, some great restaurants and shops. Sven is a great host, everything checked out. We would book this apartment again.
