Welcome to this delightful house in Arnold. This charming property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and full bunk bed. Relax in this open floor plan boasting large picture windows, a cozy wood burning stove, a closet full of fun family games. Deck has outside dining table seats six, plumbed in gas grill and fire table with cozy seating for four! This is house is where family memories are made!
With amenities like a Foosball & pool table, air hockey junior, double shot basketball & mini-Ms. Pacman arcade games, A hair dryer, iron, Crockpot, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and radiant floor heating, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms (with a newly installed shower) are perfect for getting ready for a day of exploring. We offer a variety of books for all ages and movies for the DVD player along with Roku in living room and smart TV in basement. Book now and enjoy everything this fabulous house has to offer.
During summer we have Guest pass for Blue Lak Springs Snowflake lodge and all their amazing amenities (for additional daily feed paid to Snowflake lodge), pool tennis/pickle ball/basketball/shuffleboard/Bocce/Volleyball courts, movie night, restaurant and lots of fun activities as well as two lakes (Blue Lake Springs and Fly-In)!

Amenities - WiFi, Radiant floor heat, Log Stove, Plumbed Gas BBQ and Fire table on deck with seating for four and an outside dining table that seats six, and Access to Blue Lake Springs Recreation Center and Lakes (daily fees apply, guest pass provided).

Linens and towels provided. Maximum 10 guests (If two are in each of the double bed bunks). No smoking, no pets.

The listing was not as advertised. It was described as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, but upon arrival it was clear this was inaccurate. The photos online also appeared misleading—the chandelier, curtains, and furniture did not match what was shown, which made me question whether the images had been altered.Most concerning was the master bathroom: the shower had been completely torn out and there was a strong mold/mildew smell. When I contacted the host, they said this was an “omission” and that the “toilet and sink still worked.” They also said they would update the listing, which they did while I was actively staying there. Updating the listing mid-stay felt misleading, especially since the missing bathroom clearly impacted my experience.I asked for a fair and reasonable resolution, but the host stopped responding. I then contacted Vrbo. During that call, it appeared Vrbo was also communicating with the host. When I stated that the listing showed 2 bathrooms, the host denied this and claimed it was listed as 1.5 baths, which was frustrating and felt lacking in integrity.That said, the area itself is beautiful and a great place to visit with family. Unfortunately, due to the inaccuracies and how the situation was handled, I would recommend staying somewhere else.
