Welcome to Casona Bolivar, a beautifully restored colonial house located just one minute from Arequipa's Plaza de Armas. Our mini apartment offers breathtaking views of El Misti and can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the traditional bovedas (domed ceilings) and arches that are characteristic of the white stone buildings in Arequipa, also known as the "white city." The apartment consists of two rooms and a bathroom, including one room with a double bed and two single beds, and the other room with a lounge area and a double sofa bed.

After a day of exploring Arequipa, you can relax and unwind in our self-catering mini apartment. Enjoy a Pisco Sour cocktail on the terrace or garden while admiring the great views of the city landmarks, including the Misti volcano and the cathedral towers. The apartment also includes a microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, a sink, and crockery to cover your basic catering needs.

Take advantage of our on-site cafe, Omphalos, where you can enjoy breakfast (for an additional 5 soles) served on the main patio or on your private terrace. Various tourist places are within walking distance, such as the Monasterio de Santa Catalina, La Casa del Bolivar, Casa del Moral, museums, and exhibition halls. You can also take a tour of the city or visit the sites on the outskirts of town by taking one of the tourist buses that depart from the main square.

Our local manager will be on hand to welcome you and ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. We speak Spanish, English, and French, and can assist you with transportation and tourist information. Free wifi is available with a recent internet speed test result of 15.99Mbps download and 4.01Mbps upload. The Aeropuerto Internacional Rodríguez Ballón is about 20-30 minutes from the property.

Enjoy the roof terrace, and the main patio during your stay. Guests are also welcome to use the tables and chairs in the main patio for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, but you can smoke on the balcony, patio, or terrace.

We also offer free storage for guests who are going on a 2-3 day tour to Colca or Cusco, so you can leave your luggage safely with us while you're away.
