This is a really beautiful property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife’s birthday was on one of the days we were there and they surprised her with a birthday cake. No one told them it was her birthday, they just saw it from her passport and did this on their own. Our room was modern with a great balcony with a great view of the volcano. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa!

This hotel was beautiful and so unique. They handed us a huge, antique-looking key which opened an old wood door into a beautiful stone room that felt like we were in a cave or a castle. We were greeted by a sweet note for our honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious and made to order, and you eat on the terrace overlooking the city. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and that was delicious too. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas, with lots of food and market options nearby. Our only complaint was the noise level. We could hear a lot both from within the hotel and outside in the city. All in all though we loved this hotel and had a great experience there!

We loved staying here, the staff were super nice and very accommodating. Our room was perfect, shower water hot, beds nice, breakfast was great and the restaurant served the best Pisco sour and nacho ever. The hotel is easy walking distance to the historic centre. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a peaceful hotel in the local colonial style with a nice courtyard and upper terrace. The triple room was quite spacious. The food onsite was very good which was convenient when one of us fell ill. The breakfast was stellar. The staff was also very friendly and service oriented. Highly recommend!

My stay at this hotel was truly lovely. The girl at the reception was extremely kind and helpful from the very beginning. I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, and she let me check in a little early, which I really appreciated – it was such a nice and thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful – I loved the rustic charm, the antique keys, and how peaceful and quiet everything was. The view near the volcano was stunning, and the location is perfect: you can easily walk to great restaurants and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Everything about this place was just so nice – warm, cozy, and full of character. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is clean and has modern bathroom. It is close to the plaza de Armas and has a great view of the city and the volcano. The breakfast is nice. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

I recently stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel and had a fantastic experience. They were accommodating enough to let us check in early, which was a great start to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, made fresh just for us, and we loved enjoying it on the gorgeous terrace overlooking the city. Our room was comfortable, and we also had a delightful dining experience at the restaurant with good food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a charming stay in Arequipa.
