Toilet did not flush. Room was not clean! Bed smelled like syrup. We did ask the night front desk clerk for some cleaning solution and she graciously gave it to us. Night Clerk Michael was extremely friendly. The manager Donya was extremely hateful and rude. After telling staff the toilet did not flush.. no other accommodations were offered. I will never stay at this property again even if it was free!!!

The rooms here are quite nice and comfortable, very clean, good value for the cost. Felt like a safe area with quite a few nice restaurants available nearby. Easy to get to from the interstate. Breakfast was served in a nice dining area. (Typical hotel breakfast food - it was okay.)
