This typical two-story Ligurian house features a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV, two fans, two bathrooms, and a storage/laundry room with washing machine. It can accommodate up to five adults. The outdoor spaces are ideal for sunbathing, reading in the shade, picnics, barbecues, or simply enjoying the surrounding nature.



The location is perfect for day trips, beach outings, visits to nearby tourist destinations, or local wineries for D.O.C. Colli di Luni wine tastings. About 800 meters away, you will find electric car charging stations, a shopping center, pharmacy, bank with ATM, post office, police, train station, emergency medical services, and other essential amenities.



We recommend visiting Sarzana, candidate for Italian Capital of Culture 2028, with its historic palaces, two famous fortresses, the Cinque Terre Park, Via dell'Amore, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Gulf of Poets, Portofino, Pontremoli, Carrara Marble Quarries, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca, and other attractions.



Minimum stay is three nights in low season (April, May, June, September, and October), and five nights in high season. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
