O atendimento nota 10. Todos muito atenciosos, desde os meninos da Recepção até as meninas da cozinha. Alguns detalhes do prédio q creio q c uns reparos fica perfeito. Só senti falta de um frigobar. Mas compensou na cana maravilhosa. Ótimos travesseiros. Q inclusive em outros hiteis sofri, mas no Botelho nota 10. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Alguns ganchos a mais no banheiro pra pendurar roupas e etc fica mil. Recomendo muito. Indiquei pra alguns. Agora vou indicar pea todos. PARABÉNS A TODOS.

Estadia boa em 26/27-04-2025. Logo quando chegamos fomos direcionados a um quarto amplo de n. 109. No banheiro o box de acrílico, podendo ocorrer alguns incidente, se soltando em 3 partes, o chuveiro muito encostado a uma coluna e no box, dificultando um banho bom. O chuveiro necessita de reparo nos furinhos, apenas com uma agulha é o suficiente, para uma direção boa da água. O vaso sanitário estava (não entupido) mas com certa dificuldade de dispensar a água, quem dirá o n.2. Solicitamos troca de quarto e fomos prontamente atendidos para o quarto ao lado - 107- bem melhor, com box de vidro. Porém a torneira da pia não fechava direito, desperdiçando água. Café boa manhã muuuito bom, porém os ventiladores para espantar insetos não estava funcionando, o que fez aparecer e pousar um mosca nos alimentos . Sugiro TODOS alimentos tampados. Sugiro que o HOTEL, ao final da estadia, ofereça aos hóspedes uma pesquisa de satisfação e sugestões, para que não usemos esse meio de comunicação pra fazê-lo. Funcionários atenciosos e muito educados. Dna Antônia da cozinha, um amor de pessoa. Estão de parabéns. Não deixem cair a qualidade do Hotel, sempre investindo em melhorias e capacitação dos funcionários.
