Surrounded by lush forest and just steps from a peaceful lake, this cozy retreat features a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, a mezzanine level offers a second double bed within a bright open-plan living area, complete with a smart TV, fireplace, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge-freezer).

Enjoy the fresh air on your private terrace or relax in the garden with outdoor furniture. The property includes public parking and bike storage, with access to shared resort amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, a padel court, and wellness facilities.
