Staff was by far the best part. My shuttle to the hotel was delayed three hours and the hotel staff was up and waiting. They welcomed me by name, and had the room ready to go. Only stayed to sleep before an early morning so I didn’t get to check out the property much, but it looked very cozy and nice. It was a little loud at night, but in a downtown travelers area I would expect a little noise. I was able to sleep just fine though. I’d stay here again.
