We stayed for 3 nights at Swandor Topkapi Palace as a family and had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with well-kept grounds, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and lively. The all-inclusive package was generous, with plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day – from buffet meals to convenient snack bars. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of facilities. The spa and massage were definite highlights, offering a peaceful break during our stay. There were also evening shows and entertainment, which added a fun touch to the nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organised despite the resort being busy. We left feeling relaxed and well taken care of, and would definitely consider returning for a longer stay.

The hotel needs to upgrade their rooms, they were mediocre and did not exude the luxury feeling like the rest of the outdoor spaces. Also the shower gel, shampoo etc felt cheap, like they were refilling the dispensers with the crappy, cheap products. The entertainment and food was top notch. Kids club could do with a clean and revamp. I did find some of the hotel staff to be a snorty and not friendly.
