We were very satisfied with this affordable Alanya accommodation. Rooms are well designed, comfortable, clean and quite. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is about 10 minutes walking distance to the Cleopatra beach. Ground level restaurant is excellent for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable for the good quality food and great service. Laundry machines are available at ground level for small charge. Highly recommended for longer stay as well.

This hotel is located in a very noisy area, beware of citywide PS announcements during all hours of the day, and other rooms (the rooms are not soundproofed!). Be careful on the 1 person elevator. A slight motion will send the cab slamming into the wall. The dryer and washing machines do NOT work correctly. Only 1 washing machine for the 6 floors of rooms. Restaurant is very expensive to dine in, food was ok, many better local options. Housekeepers are kind at least, rooms are pretty ok kept. Only German, Russian, Dutch, and one French channel are available here other than the Turkish channels.

Personnel working in hotel was amazing. Evening receptionist a young guy was really very helpful and polite! Rooms are cleaned daily. Cafe downstairs was also very nice and with pleasant staff working there. We really enjoyed our stay in Comfort Suites.

Amazing trip to Alanya

I like the apartment in this hotel because it’s clean , big , have all things we need , it’s better than our expectations, just one thing is bad ... the internet is slow and needs to connect again every 30 minutes, the location is so nice close to the restaurants , cafes , the attractions in Alanya and shopping, I’ll come again .

The choice of shower-heads in the bathroom set (1 rainfall shower-head and 1 pan-handle movable shower-head) may be too complicated and not installed correctly. Shower water which should be dispensed in the centre seeps out on the sides, of both heads. Fortunately a shower-head can be taken apart and reassembled, so the issue is easily correctable. But the parts may be too complicated for assembly. Other than that, the location is actually quite convenient. The aparthotel style (i.e. has a living room sofa, a kitchen with stove-tops and a small table upon which to eat) furnishings are in near-mint condition. Cooked foods, supermarkets, even the local dolmus are nearby.

Noise Issues

Very clean property and friendly staff BUT the big problem was that we could not sleep due to windows are not sound proof and the traffic noise plus their entertaining program in the restaurant was way too loud.

Wir haben im Hotel im Zentrum von Alanya übernachtet. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt – mitten in der Stadt, sodass man alles schnell erreichen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmergröße war in Ordnung und ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Ein kleiner Nachteil waren die Betten, die etwas härter und recht klein waren, wodurch der Schlafkomfort eingeschränkt war. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Stadthotel, besonders geeignet für alle, die zentral wohnen möchten.
