Bad service

The breakfast service is really awful, the staff not welcoming at all and a bit aggressive (expect one lady). Products are not of a good quality and the choice is very limited. At the reception it depends on the staff, also they don’t give you all information you need at the reception, they leave the luggage person explain to you the details and the guy tries to push you to give him a tip! Room was very clean!

The B Business & SPA hotel offers spacious accommodations at a reasonable price. While it is a good option for those seeking a secluded countryside retreat in Turkey, it is important to note that the location may present challenges for those without a rental car. The lack of public transportation options and the language barrier can make it difficult to navigate the area. Additionally, there are limited evening activities within walking distance of the hotel. There were also some issues with the room service. Despite repeated requests, the tea and coffee mugs in the room were not replaced. This made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings. The hotel staff, while friendly, did not seem to make much effort to engage with guests or offer assistance. This could be due to a language barrier, as many of the staff members did not speak English well. Finally, the breakfast and dinner buffets were quite basic and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Overall, the B Business & SPA hotel has some positive aspects, such as the spacious rooms and reasonable price, but the secluded location, transportation challenges, and limited amenities may be drawbacks for some guests.
