The staff was first rate. Accidentally was given a smoking room but we were given a great, non smoking room quickly. The room was very clean and had a good night's sleep. The attentive staff was a pleasure. It's difficult to find people of that caliber anywhere....good job!

We've stayed at this hotel at least 20 times, despite being in the corner, in the back near the highway, we've found that the rooms are consistently clean and cozy. In the summer, the pool is awesome. And the breakfast is great. We'll be back

Best Western provided a clean comfortable room for our stay at Annapolis. There was plentiful parking and the staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and centrally located. I would definitely recommends this establishment

The room was clean and updated. However it had only sheer curtains and a street light shown through all night long limiting sleep. I did not stay the second night that I booked and paid for. Dissapointing. The staff were all congenial.
