HÎtel trÚs confortable et trÚs bien situé

Je suis trĂšs satisfaite de mon sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel. Tout Ă©tait parfait, le personnel est trĂšs sympathique et aidant. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© pour une nuit de base mais avons prolongĂ© notre sĂ©jour pour plusieurs jours. L'hĂŽtel propose tous les services d'un 4 Ă©toiles. Les chambres sont trĂšs spacieuses. Salle de bain double vasque. TĂ©lĂ©vision avec des chaĂźnes internationales. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du court. Un grand parking est Ă©galement disponible. Nous n'avons pas pu tester les repas (dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner), mais en tout cas le petit dĂ©jeuner est parfait avec un large choix de sucrĂ© et salĂ©. J'espĂšre sincĂšrement que cet hĂŽtel gardera son standing, car je sais maintenant oĂč poser mes valises lors de mes sĂ©jours Ă  Annaba.

Ils m’ont traitĂ©e comme une mal propre en dĂ©sactivant mon badge car ils se sont trompĂ©s dans leur systĂšme et ont cru que je n’avais rĂ©servĂ© qu’une nuit
 j’aurais juste apprĂ©ciĂ© de la communication et des excuses. Ils ont fait le mĂ©nage dans la chambre sans mettre de serviette, ni mĂȘme de produit ni mĂȘme de bouteille d’eau (pensant que j’allais partir). La salle de sport n’est pas Ă©quipĂ©e de la Clim et c’est vĂ©ritablement une salle de jeu pour les moins de 12 ans qui ont mis le bazar en criant et sautant sur les Ă©quipements. La piscine..,, pas assez de serviette pour tous les personnes souhaitant en profiter. Des serviettes sont disponible pour les premiers clients le matin mais tous les jours il manque des serviettes pour les clients des le dĂ©but d’aprĂšs midi: De surcroĂźt la piscine est dans un mauvaise Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral, on peut se blesser rapidement car les dalles ne se fixent pas
 Des rĂšgles absurdes sont appliquĂ©s dans l’hĂŽtel ; par exemple interdit de faire rentrer de la nourriture
 Ou alors interdit de laisser votre taxi monter devant l’entrĂ©e principale, c’est Ă  vous de descendre avec tous vos bagages ! (On se demande Ă  quoi sert les installations). Seul les repas sont plutĂŽt bien dans cet hĂŽtel mais vraiment c’est trop cher payĂ© pour ce que c’est. J’avais hĂąte de le quitter !

J'ai effectuĂ© une rĂ©servation une suite junior pour 03 adultes (un lit double+ un grand lit) comme hĂŽtels.com a dĂ©cris dans la description dela chambre....a l'arrivĂ©e je me retrouve avec une chambre avec un lit double seulement je me retrouve a dormir sur le canapĂ© du salon mĂȘme pas de couverture ni de coussin.
