Das erste Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, aber ein Ersatz wurde zeitnah angeboten – das war positiv. Der Schnitt & die Größe des Familenzimmers war in Ordnung. Die Zimmertür aus Holz war leider nicht Schalldicht. Frühstück ist jeden Tag das Gleiche und sehr wenig Auswahl. Warme, variierinde Speisenauswahl oder frisches Brot haben uns morgens sehr gefehlt, sodass wir paar Mal außerhalb gegessen hatten. Das Personal wirkte eher distanziert, z.B. oft keine Begrüßung bei Begegnungen (bei manchen). Im Flur oder im Treppenhaus befinden sich viele Barrieren, wie Pflanzen oder in jeder Etage hochkant gelagerte Einzelbetten, die unter anderem auch den Zugang zu den Feuerlöschern (rechts von der Fahrstuhltür) blockierten. Während des Check-outs gab es nicht die erwünschte Unterstützung beim Taxiruf, obwohl wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatten, ein Taxiunternehmen zu kontaktieren, das problemlos zwei große Koffer aufnehmen kann, da viele der Taxis klein sind. Die Organisation haben wir dann selbst in die Hand. Insgesamt hinterließ das Hotel keinen professionellen Eindruck.

Odaya giriş yaptığımda, odanın temizlenmediğini gördüm ve resepsiyonu aradım, geldiler ve özur dileyerek, başka odaya götürdüler baktık orasıda pis , gecenin 12 si yorgun yoldan gelmişiz baska otel arama durumuda yok, arkadaş hızlıca carsaf ve yastıkları değiştirdi, tedirginlikle uyumak zorunda kaldım. Kahvaltıda vasattı, resepsiyondaki arkadaşlarda ilgili ve yardım severdi.

Öncelikle çok temiz ve huzur dolusu bir otel .Odalar çok geniş ve çalışanlar çok sevecen ve saygılı .Bir şey istediğinizde ve resepsiyonu aradığınızda hemen getiriyorlar ve insanı oyalamıyorlar .Otelin konumu çok iyi ve merkezi bir yerde .Kahvaltı çok iyi fakat keşke sıcak yemekler daha fazla olsa .Ama genel anlamda çok iyi .
