Upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was unable to provide me with the room I had reserved for the first night. Instead, I was relocated to a smaller, substandard room in a different hotel, which was not in line with the expectations set by my original booking. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel has refused to offer any form of compensation or discount for the disruption caused. this situation has negativelyn impacted in my experience.

Couldn’t be more happier

I enjoyed my seven nights stay at Demora. The hotel is very central, close to everything and surrounding with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious specially Menemen and all the soups. I would like to thank you to everyone at Demora for making feel comfortable. I will book Demora again without any hesitation and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Newly renovated property in an old part of the city center. Nice remodel, nice restuarant, nice staff except 1 person who was not very friendly nor helpful. did not like the fact that every bill for every charge was in turkish and not in english. I was pushed to sign the final invoice that i coulden't understand (was is Turkish) at check out and therefor was over charged i found out later. I'm disputing the over charge through my credit card company.

This hotel is not even a two star hotel, those pictures of the rooms and the size of the are absolutely wrong , it’s all false advertising. The staff are friendly . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for any family vacation.

Disappointing

This hotel is not 4*, 3*at best. We booked a Junior suite as the photos looked good but the room was not as in the photos. It is dated, dimly lit as is the bathroom, mediocre bed and uncomfortable pillows. The mini bar has a glass front with a strong light that cant be turned off lighting up the room at night but the worst part was the room overlooked a busy road with traffic 24/7 making it hard to get a good nights sleep. This is not stated in the advertising! I asked to move to another suite in a quieter area but was told all suites are in the same position on every floor! The staff were pleasant and the restaurant breakfast ok if you like a typical Turkish style but no fried eggs or omelettes only hard boiled. Nescafe coffee awful sadly.

Very nice staff, clean rooms clean place Breakfast was a let down though. Its nice and all but don’t expect to be satisfied from it but it def gets you started Its more of an appetizers typa breakfast if that makes sense.. olives, some nutella bread, tomatoes, boiled egg, stuff like that I found myself skipping breakfast but everything else in the hotel was great
