Imóvel novo, com bastante utensílios domésticos. Condomínio com uma grande estrutura de lazer.
Prós: A beleza do local, a piscina natural, o clube e área de lazer do condomínio.
Contra: Falta de vagas de estacionamento para visitantes, o box do banheiro da suíte canadense vaza toda a água do banho.
