Upstairs features a large open plan living space with expansive windows/doors opening out to a large entertainers deck overlooking Point Roadknight Beach. Two large Master Suites - a King Suite and a Super King Suite also with the breathtaking views of Point Roadknight. The Super King suite features a walk in robe and a stone bath in the ensuite.
Upstairs, you'll also find the powder room, a work space and a north-facing sunroom, complete with cozy lounge furniture - perfect for sinking into with a good book or simply relaxing.

Downstairs features a Queen bedroom and a Double Bunk Room, along with a central bathroom, a laundry, and a generous second living room equipped with a smart TV and family-friendly games. Additionally, the garage has a table tennis table accessible from indoors, providing entertainment for all ages.

The downstairs living space opens to the beautifully landscaped backyard with a spacious firepit area and ample seating, perfect for gathering under the stars. Additionally, the beach goers can enjoy a post swim outdoor shower overlooking the beautiful backyard.

Located just 3 min walk to one of the best view points Anglesea has to offer, Ware's Lookout provides views stretching from Point Addis to Point Roadknight.
