Already have complaint pending

Your support has yet to get back to me on my outstanding case number 118-562-521. We left this property after the first day as we were unable to stay here traveling with an infant. We were mislead based on the pictures and description of the property. It was listed as a stand alone whole property and turned out to be a hotel. It listed a 8 minute walk to batsi but was at the top of a mountain and virtually unwalkable and over an 8 minute drive! It listed a kitchen but barely had a kitchenette. We were extremely inconvenienced and disappointed. We are also disappointed with Vrbo as we’ve been on the phone with support collectively over 3 hours and have no resolution. Will be reporting this situation.
