The hotel is in a good location, but it feels like I’m entering a military base every time I come back. The taxi drops me off on the street since the hotel drop off area is closed off. The meta detector check every time seems like an overkill. My room was next to a large door lead from the elevators to the room hallway and the door was not dampened so evert time someone opened it it would slam shut.

This is our go to hotel in Jordan. Fantastic location conveniently located as part of a mall which has everything you need. Opposite to the hotel are many affordable breakfast, and dinner options, as well as the best bakery in Jordan (Al Sufara) and two of the best dessert shops (Habiba and Nafeesa). Rooms/bathrooms are spacious and clean and availability of connected rooms.

The hotel overall is great, the staff is amazing, the room not so much. we booked a room for 4 on expedia and we got a room with one king bed, I had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights, without a matress even as they couldn't get me one without me paying extra which was very weird. The staff was great overall, the cost we paid for the hotel should've gotten us a more comfortable experience.
